hi, i am trying to do autoattendant but failing. as in the manual i inserted the background(welcome-mainmenu) file so that after the sound the caller can dial the extension he wants to call. i figured that the background sound wasn't coming in the asterisk. how do we do this without first loading the welcome message? for example after certain rings the caller can dial the extension no to

RC1 and advanced voice mail options
The advanced voice mail options in RC1 is not providing any functionality except "4 - place outgoing call" and "* - return to mail menu". MySQL Voicemail Problems

ControlPlayback's options
Hi List, Asterisk 's *ControlPlayback* will used for play any recorded file as an audio player. Problems with firstboot in CentOS 5

voicemail problems with CVS-HEAD

Attaching VoiceMails on E-Mails
Hello all, I am running Asterisk-1.4.5 on my Debian GNU/Linux Etch here and I want to send the voicemails as attachment to e-mails and delete the voicemails from my PBX once it has been sent. VoiceMail fromstring?

Broken sound in VoiceMail
It seems voicemail recordings have broken sound. It cuts out randomly throughout the recording. Has anyone had any similar experiences? voicemail /w asterisk - voicemail() problems
I've setup the voicemail that auths against the mysql db. no voicemail on pstn line
Hello List. I am having problems retreiving voicemails on my system. I noticed when someone leaves a message through the pstn line I can't hear anything. I tested leaving a message from one of the extensions and that can be heard. IMAP Voicemail - can't get messages. Arrgh!
Hi - I just deployed a system using IMAP Voicemail. During my testing, voicemail worked fine.
