Problems Configuring Cisco 12SP+

exten => 101,1,Dial(Skinny/101@101)
When I make a call from Phone3(SIP) to the Skinny/101 the following
messages appear in the Asterisk CLI:

Asterisk + 7910 + Skinny Reset
...esets. When that happens, on Asterisk I see:

skinny_new: tmp->nativeformats=4 fmt=4

then the phone resets.
when I try to call it, it doesn't ring and Asterisk displays:
