A rails sitemap plugin
Hi, guys:
I wrote a sitemap plugin for rails yesterday. This plugin will
generate the public/sitemap.xml from config/sitemap.rb whose format is
very familiar to config/routes.rb.
I think it is very helpful if you have a website written by rails and
want it to be crawled by spiders such as google, yahoo and baidu.
The home page of the plugin is http://github.com/flyerhzm/sitemap/tree/master

robots.txt
Hi all,
I have again noticed that the wiki does not really show up in search
results and wonder if it has any impact that robots.txt on
wiki.centos.org is empty.
Perhaps it should at least contain User-agent: * ?

regrex_crawler -- a crawler which uses regular expression to catch data from website
RegexpCrawler is a crawler which uses regular expression to catch data
from website. It is easy to use and less code if you are familiar with
regular expression.
The project site is: http://github.com/flyerhzm/regexp_crawler/tree
I give an example: a script to synchronize your github projects except
fork projects, , please check example/github_projects.rb

Some questions from a new webgen user
Hi everyone. Sorry if it is not the place to post questions about
webgen. I use webgen5, i know it is not the stable version but i
couldn''t understand how webgen4 worked, it''s easier with webgen5, and
i won''t have to change my pages when it becomes mainstream ;)
I try to build my homepage using webgen, and there are some things i
don''t know how to do (i am sure

scope of plugns
After more than one hour of countless tries, I ask myself a simple question :
On what items are plugins supposed to execute ?
I''ve tried to create a filelist plugin which, for a page, displays all
file in the same directory (a rather old school view of website, where
each directory contains an entry point).
But, whatever I try, my plugin code is never invoked, and my page
content is never

Looking for an application to work with Centos
I'm looking for a application, and or ideas on how to ....
Set up a web page that can be cataloged by search engines capturing all
of the part numbers in a db. This page would be tied to a MySql or
other Linux DB so that people can also do a basic on site part number
search.. We have 150,000 different part numbers, we would like all
150,000 picked up by the different search engines.

Urgent - R help - Multivariate - Naive Bayes code for R
Friends,
I am doing a URL classification, based on certain key words whether it
contains an executive information or not. I have already went through 50K
URL's and identified the key words and made it as 0, 1 ( 0 - do not have
the key word and 1 - have the key word) and 0- do not contain executive
information 1 - contains executive information.
A sample set of data is shown below.

Getting the module name with ObjectSpace...
Hey :)
I''m trying to create a method for making a sitemap dynamically. It
works great for flat sites where you simply have your controllers in
the app/controllers directory. In this case, I can extract the
controller names like,
@controllers
ObjectSpace.subclasses_of(ActionController::Base).each do |obj|
@controllers["#{obj.controller_name}"] = obj
end
However,

Building an RPM
Hi,
I have downloaded libvirt-0.9.11 and compiled it on my RHEL 6.2 system.
I am trying to build a binary RPM for distribution, I am not sure what the best way to go about doing this is.
http://libvirt.org/FAQ.html suggests that I try 'make rpm', however that ends in the below error:
missing XHTML1 DTD
cp: cannot stat `./api.html': No such file or directory
