Were to find appropriate functions for a given task in R
...the goodness-of-fit of a sample to binomial and other distributions….but this was VERY difficult to locate. Any way, as usual, any indication will be very useful (spaecially for my students!!!) Is there a bug in CrossTable (gmodels)
...it is indicated that one can call this function as CrossTable(data), were data is a matrix. However, when I try to use this option, it doesn't help. Any idea? Is there a bug? Thanks for your help. How can I obtain a boxed sweave output within Latex?
...generation of Sweave and I ger errors. I would appreciate any suggestion. I'll writting a statistical book and it would be very useful to have the R stuff boxed to highligth it. A question on plot
...area under the curve between two points (a,b). I.e. the P(a<X<b). Could anyone indicate me which is the instruction for obtain such a shadow area under a curve? I guess the solution is not difficult, but I can not find the procedure.
