Autofallthrough delays before hanging up calling channel?
I am seeing some curious behaviour with a 1.2.32 system, which I do not
understand and so can't work out how to fix it.
I have a PRI routed to context default. Here is the complete default
context:

I don't see any log info for mysql, except when I manually enter the
info above. I've stopped an restarted * many times. I've even tried
this on two separate boxes and I get the same thing. sipeers and
voicemail work, but queue members does not. Any idea? I am running
1.4.10.1. Thanks.

ldap questions

1. I think ldap attributes doesn't have a certain order, at least, all
ldap editors that I use can't define an order. But it seems that the
attribute order is relevant for entries like AstAccountDisallowedCodec
and AstAccountAllowedCodec.
2. Is it possible to use templates with sipeers/users stored in ldap?
like [barfoos](template) in the sip.conf file?
3. When a client registers I get the message "Couldn't modify
'name'='hp0021FE5452DB',
dn:cn=hp0021FE5452DB,ou=phones,dc=scheff32,dc=de because Undefined
attribute type".
