I installed pidgin-sipe, since my googling seemed to suggest it would give me connectivity with Lync. I now see the SIMPLE protocol... but not Office Communicator. What am I missing here? CentOS 7, updated. mark

The problem is that when moving (the most obvious activity you can see this with) the key you press acts like it's being pressed in rapid succession instead of being held down. That is until another key is pressed then the previous key moves the character smoothly. This might be a problem with my keyboard though. Thse kinds of error messages show up all the time in my logs...is this bad? I've had no complaints about lost data or anything. I'm running samba 2.2.4 on FreeBSD 4.6 (previously 4.5), on an IDE RAID.
