Asterisk 16.6.1: PJSIP: delayed action of core since update to 16.6.1

Here is an example when calling two attached physical phones directly, which performed prior
to 16.6.1 almost immediately and now takes up to 30 seconds to make the called ednpoint ring.
The calling phone/endpoint sinals by callsound that it is calling, and the sound changes then
(some kind of different octave/tune, don't know) when the asterisk core reports

Multiple user registration ...
...and additional, registrations so it receives from Realtime "fake"
extensions numbers on such a way that we can use all these fake
extensions to build a queue dinamicaly (through ARA) and provide the
desired "ring on all" functionality.
I think this will lead us to lots of SIP sinalization and multi user
registration problems, but that was the best shot we had here until now.
I would like to know if anyone had the same demand and, maybe, have
found any viable solution to it.
