Solaris 8: RSA_padding_check_PKCS1_type_1:block type is not 01
Hi,
I have a returning problem with one of my sparc Solaris machines. I have a

openssh/openssl have a not permanent problem. If i try to connect to the
machine, i get sometimes these errors:

matrix correlations with different packages
Dear all,
I'm calculating matrix correlations with permutation tests and I got this
funny result. All correlation coefficients are the same with mantel.test
{ncf} and pcol {simba} but the two functions yield dramatically different
p-values (using the same number of permutations). Could anyone please
enlighten me what is causing the difference and which result I can trust?
(My matrices are not hdist objects so please don't recommend using
mantel.rtest {ade4} instead...

NOT Solved - Re: SELinux policy to allow Dovecot to connect to Mysql
...he MySQL SELinux policy
For Dovecot, you will need a policy that allows the dovecot process to transition from whatever context it is currently running into the applicable context that is defined for the mysqld process (or at least some SELinux context that permits access to the socket.)
Cheers!

Apache umask
I need to set the umask for apache to 002. I've tried every idea I've found on the internet, but nothing make a difference. Most suggest that I put "umask 002" in /etc/sysconfig/httpd, but that doesn't seem to make a difference.
Other's suggest adding something to the httpd.service script for systemd. And that doesn't make any difference.
Any suggestion from

Separating puppetmaster file serving and catalogs
I''m looking for a way to run more than one puppetmaster on the same server under passenger. Most of the puppet CPU load is waiting for the catalogs to compile. This also seems to be mostly what takes large amounts of RAM. I have storedconfigs on.
I want to be able to move the fileserver to a different pool of puppetmaster processes. Is there an easy way to tell the client, either in

It seems that what I need is
allow dovecot_t mysqld_t:unix_stream_socket connectto;
But the policy generates errors. I will have to submit a bug report, it

Apparently something "broke" (changed) between 7.2 and 7.3 in how the networking scripts bring up the interfaces.

Apache umask
...by SystemD, and trace it out to the binary (see if your script(s) call any other scripts). Worst case, you could go the opposite route and have the unit script call a bash script instead of the executable directly, and the bash script can set umask right before it calls the httpd binary.
Cheers!

CentOS 6.2: suspending vim with ctrl-z and resuming with fg - stopped working
Hello,
pardon my chaotic question, but does anybody have an idea,
why can't I suspend vim-enhanced-7.2.411-1.6.el6.x86_64
with a CTRL-Z, then execute few commands at my bash prompt
and then get back to the vim session again with "fg"?
It has stopped working at my CentOS 6.2 machine (I haven't
noticed exactly when) but works fine with CentOS 5.x.
I'm using PuTTY to login to

Archive mail format?
I have a bunch of old mail spread variously across dovecot maildirs
and mbox format files on several machines that are headed for the
trash. Is there anything considered to be a portable archive format
for mail messages, and if so are there tools to copy into it - or do I
have to pick a client and copy to its local storage?
