NSW and ExtLdPromotion()
...eaning to say Clang set
nsw flag incorrectly, but please let me know if I was wrong.
Here is the reduced testcase:

Clang emitted the following IR (It is done by EmitMUL() in CGExprScalar.cpp,
while
