Checking fan state
I just replaced my fan in my nc2400. It was a 5hour job. Had to pull
EVERYTHING to get to where they have the fan in the thing.
Now I want to know if it is working. It is suppose to be
thermostatically controlled, and it takes time to heat up.
So how can I find out what Centos knows about the system temp and fan state?
It was hard to tell if I put the connector in the right way. At least

Community Feedback: Git Repository for R-Devel
...ly. However, given a critical need, a bit of
insight, and a healthy dose of motivation, forging a new tool can be
exactly the right course.
Git, affectionately termed ?the information manager from hell? by its
creator is such a tool. Although the precise circumstances and timing of
its genesis are shrouded in political wrangling within the Linux Kernel
community, there is no doubt that what came from that fire is a
well-engineered version control system capable of supporting worldwide
development of software on a large scale.
Prior to Git, the Linux Kernel was developed using the commercial BitKee...

[RFC, PATCH 5/24] i386 Vmi code patching
The VMI ROM detection and code patching mechanism is illustrated in
setup.c. There ROM is a binary block published by the hypervisor, and
and there are certainly implications of this. ROMs certainly have a
history of being proprietary, very differently licensed pieces of
software, and mostly under non-free licenses. Before jumping to the
conclusion that this is a bad thing, let us consider more

gaming on multiple OS of the same machine?
Hi,
I am new to Xen and I was wondering if the following construction would be
feasible with the current Xen.
I would like to put 2/3/4 new computers in my house, mainly for gaming.
Instead of buying 2/3/4 different computers, I was thinking of building one
computer with a 4/6/8-core CPU, 2/3/4 GPUs, 2/3/4 small SSDs, and attach
2/3/4 monitors to it, 2/3/4 keyboards and 2/3/4 mouses, and run VGA
