Routing issue

The above two lines i am using for routing in my application to show a
list of ads when i visit at http:\\localhost:3000\add
and an add with the id when i visit at http://localhost:3000\ads\1
now my question is how to set a root so that when i visit http://localhost:3000
the list of adds shoulb be displayed..
i already tried map.connect
''/'', :controller=>''ads'', :action=>''index'' but it did not worked..
please give any suggestion...

Group membership limitation
...t that if the user belongs to more than 60 to 70 groups,
group-based share access stop working.

group membership limitation, but i'm using 2.6.xx which has a 65536 groups
limit.
Is there any place in samba where I shoulb be looking?
Any info/pointers would be much appreciated.

forced copying of non readable file

I've been encountering this such problem in mirrong using rsync their are
some important files and folder that cannot be transferred and issueing an
error "Permmission Denied". Some files that cannot be read are
shadow,passwd, .bash_profile and alot more which shoulb be also included for
backup.

We've just migrated from samba 2.2.8a to samba 3.0.20b in a very large
corporate environment. Everything was really fine in our lab, but we

experiment serious load problems on the productive servers the morning
after
