...aren't there for nothing. Is it possible that this happens because the servers are VMs on an ESX-server. How could that affect this? How can I further debug this problem and find out what's the culprit? I will go back to our metrics and see if I can find any patterns/correlations. Cheers, Shorty

...d still like to find out why this happens. The only common thing between all those machines is that there are nightly backups done with Bacula. I once came across issues with the fs-cache bringing Linux to start paging out. Any hints, explanations and suggestions would be much appreciated. Hi folks, Does anyone know if and when RPMs for "graphite-web" will be available in CentOS 7? I know that this relates to EPEL, but maybe someone here can help me out or point me to soemplace/-one who knows. The /etc/drbd.conf is: resource drbd0 { protocol C; on fs1.bathnetworks.local { device /dev/drbd0; disk /dev/hde1; address 10.0.0.1:7788; meta-disk internal; } on shorty.bathnetworks.local { device /dev/drbd0; disk /dev/hdc1; address 10.0.0.2:7788; meta-disk internal; } } fs1 is the machine I am having trouble with. ...company we have a mix of self-build packages, epel-testing & rpmforge packages and some other obscure things. With something like I described above we would be sure when we could throw away the makeshift packages and transition to more or less stable packages from Base, Extra or EPEL.
