App won''t install "slurm" is unsupported
I''m trying to install an application that requires RHEL 2.1. Is there
a way to set the reported version of linux so that applications
looking for Redhat versions will install?
The application errors out saying
"Verifying Red Hat Linux Release: slurm ... FAIL"
and then
"Red Hat Linux: "Slurm" is unsupported

centos driver disk?
the recent discussion of support for Promise SATA drives reminded me

driver disk to provide wider hardware support than just stock
CentOS. how's that coming along? i don't see anything in the wiki
about it...
as i have a vested interest in this project (since i'm still relying
on old MegaRAID controllers),

offered on the list. Thanks for the ideas, this version should be
a big improvement.

running a business on 10 year old equipment is a bad thing?
Specific arguments I can
