Creating a new Access database with R
I am facing the same problem as well, I would like to code with following concept but wondering how to cope it.
if (*mdb file exist)
{ add new row/col }
else
{ add new *mdb file }

Creating a new Access database with R
...test.R file in the package. But probably I've overlooked
something.
It is of course possible to keep a clean new mdb-file somewhere and then
copy it to the required directory with:
shell("copy EmptyDB.mdb NewLocation.mdb")
But that isn't very elegant...
