Rid me of this boot GUI
...and I'm missing 50% of the screen.. striped vertically.. at about 1/8th inch spacing. Not really good enough to see what I'm in nor what the crap I'm doing. I do see I guess an Xterm window.. so I guess I can issue commands.. or... maybe I'll have to drag over a derned monitor. Shew!! Thanks, John Hinton

auto.arima problem
Dear all, I would like to ask how my data set contains problems. Here is what I have done. SandP = read.csv("Price.csv") library("forecast") auto.arima(SandP) and R shewed this to me Error in model.frame.default(formula = x ~ 1, drop.unused.levels = TRUE) : invalid type (list) for variable 'x' In my data set SandP it contains 1 column of the daily index of S&P500, which is a US stock index. -- View this message in context: http://r.789695.n4.nab...

Is extensions.conf where I need to make changes? [LLVMdev] RFC: Are we ready to completely move away from the optionality of a DataLayout?

I would like to never do this again. =] We now have this attached to the Module with just a flimsy faked-up pass to keep APIs consistent. So, is there any problem with beginning down the path of: 1) Synthesizing a "default" boring DataLayout for all modules that

Samba vs. Windows : significant difference in timestamp handling ?
Hi there, i still have a weird problem with Powerpoint an Excel files stored on a Samba share. Only read on if you -use a samba share as MULTI-user file repository (no force_user etc.) -where multiple, different users share files in common directories -the modification time of a file is of any relevance to you. (seems like lots of folks don?t bother access rights or keep their information
