I have filed a ticket #2486 on a blocking but that is created by changeset 2465... seems that change calls "mysql_config" thru a shellout exec. This is a problem for windows in that mysql_config is a shell script and is not provided for windows mysql installs. Also, calling this on systems without a mysql installation should also result in an error. I am posting this here hoping someone can notify the team before they ship 14...

I need to issue some system commands via the Asterisk manager API. From the CLI the ! (system command) works fine, but when connected via the manager API it fails.
