Missing 'HAVE_SYS_ACL_H'

Clearly I'm missing a vital piece somewhere, but I'm not sure
where. This is the first machine with 2.6 kernel (stock kernel so
far)... could that be the issue?

Serious stability issues
...;m hoping someone here
has seen this before. Are there any known issues with SMP hardware and
the 2.4.22-10 kernel? That seems to be one common link between the
two systems suffering lockup.
Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Ways to get around DNS names in rules
...lookups, and just ignore the rule if the dns lookup fails?
Just wondering if someone has a creative solution to the
problem. Otherwise, I''ll probably just convert the names to IPs
by hand, then list the names in a comment.

Finally making some progress
...hy this should make a difference, since our peak ip_conntrack value
is around 2000. Speed of the hardware shouldn''t be an issue either, as
neither machine sees a load avg much over 0.01.
Thanks for any insight you can offer.

Duplicate winbind uid/gid
...Adding local accounts is not something done very often, but I would like to
prevent this occurrence in the future, and fix the collision I now have.
Here is the acct in /etc/passwd:
Gdnscache:x:11079:11079::/etc/dnscache:/bin/nologin
Here's the account from winbindd, using getent passwd:
SHAWNIGAN+MCHAUDHU:x:11079:10001:(S -Gr.10) Mallika
Chaudhuri:/home/student/mchaudhu:/bin/false
Also, what I expect is an unrelated issue, I am seeing the occasional
message like this in the winbindd logs, for a domain user that *does* exist:
user 'glinn' does not exist

push me over the edge....
Thanks.

it would be nice to know if xcopy can be made to work with

Is there some config error that could lead to this type of
