Simplify paging_invlpg when flush is not required. New ''flush'' parameter is added to paging_invlpg, to allow caller assigning whether flush check is required. APIs such as sh_invlpg and sh_update_cr3 take a pointer to the virtual cpu on which it needs to operate as an argument.
