[PATCH net-next] virtio: change comment in transmit
The original comment was not really informative or funny
as well as sexist. Replace it with a better explanation of

establish an LLVM code of conduct.
First and foremost, many thanks to Philip Reames who sat down with me
several months ago and worked through a number of suggestions that I've
