Drawing a tree in R
...(where do I have to store the nodes?). The tree I want to be drawn is like this: in the form (node, left child, right child) (root,(n1,1,(n2,2,3)),4) If it is not easily possible to draw a tree with the help of the dendrogram class I'm open to any other method to draw a tree in R!! Thanks! -Severin

Limit Request Body Size (Disallow very large File-uploads)
...ceed a certain limit (say 20MB) and return a 400 (Bad Request) response or the like? I have tried to use the LimitRequestBody directive of Apache httpd, but this obviously does not work, since Apache httpd passes most of it''s requests directly on to mongrel. Thanks for your help! Fwd: WHO Anthro growth curve macros and R&In-Reply-To=<CAAOCNNZawGtKkWpgFMYADSyxWGTeWEDxqVVHv7=Azo=1G+H9gg@mail.gmail.com>
...a happy new year! I am a PhD Staff at LSHTM and I have been trying to use WHO anthro macros in R with the file you posted on internet but when I double check the WHZ, HAZ, WAZ output with output from ENA or STATA, it differs slightly. Do you have any idea why that might be the case? Many thanks Severine

PCI Mapping of e1000 Dual-Port Adapter to DomU
...nto the Kernel and the pciback-Driver is compiled as Module. I use the same Kernel/initrd for Dom0/DomU. Is it possible that I have to use a single e1000 Card to map it to DomU and that it is not possible to map only one Interface of the Dual-Card to DomU? Thanks for any hints on this topic ! ur.df funtion
Dear R users, I am applying the augmented-Dickey-Fuller Unit Root Test (ur.df function of the urca package) to a time series of approximately 50 values. To be sure I understood what was going on with the ur.df function, I checked the critical values of the 3 test statistics (tau, phi2 and phi3 if a trend is included) or the 2 test statistics (tau and phi1 if only a drift is included) with the
