Project Proposal: SAM-QFS
...I have fallen in love with this product. I have tried earlier to ask Sun to incorporate features into this product but in vain.
Do you think the following is worth exploring and in-corporating:
1. Unlike ZFS SAM-FS/QFS File system need "compression" feature turned on with ''setfa''. I understand that''s a whole lot of coding and testing. I can offer some help in testing as me not being a C/C++ programmer.
2. SAM-FS Remote does not work on NAT Addressing scheme.
3. Options to Installl SAM-FS HA in PrimeCluster (FUJITSU) environment. The sun cluster...
