ntlm_auth NT_STATUS_INVALID_HANDLE with windbind
I should use an authenticated proxy with Squid, but I have a problem
with winbind.
I'm working on a PDC, debian squeeze with samba from backport (ver.
2:3.5.11~dfsg-1~bpo60+1 )
Here the problem: I can authenticate users.

Access and group issues on domain member server (PDC is Samba as well)

adding the member server.
(BTW: If anyone on this list has access to this guide: Paragraph 8: the
"wbinfo --set-auth-user=" has been replaced with "net setauthuser")
Both servers access the same LDAP directory for the linux accounts and
for Samba incl. IDMAPs
Everything in this guide worked as described.
"getent passwd" and "getent groups" works successfully on both servers
(shows all entries from LDAP)

We followed the instructions on [1], but have the issue that users can
not authenticate with web browsers.
In addition to that document we did the following extra steps:
- chown root:winbind /var/lib/samba/winbindd_privileged/
- apache user (vagrant) is in group winbind
- net setauthuser -U vagrant
- smb.conf has: winbind use default domain = yes
The setup we have is the following:
Windows Server 2008R2 as DC
Client1: Windows 7 with IE9
Client2: OSX with Chrome and Safari
Apache runs on OpenSuse 12.1, Samba Version
3.6.3-34.20.1-2989-SUSE-SL12.1-x86_64
