Calling all Hackers
Hey guys.
I have a server that is owned by me and can confirm through servint that it
is owned by me.
I would like to do a penetration test and of course to allow you to upload
files on the server and kind of trash it to the point where it is always
restarting and running out of memory etc etc.
This is going to be mainly script kiddie stuff, however will be able to get
you...

Icecast URL authentication problem
System: Icecast 2.4.1 and 2.4.2, OS: CentOS 6.6 x64
Tried to install icecast using following two different methods described in these links:
(1) http://www.ukhost4u.co.uk/blog/538/install-icecast-2-centos-6-server/
(2) https://www.servint.net/university/article/taking-the-chill-out-of-installing-icecast/
Both of these resulted in working and stable icecast, but without the possibility of url authentication.

Run fastcgi in Apache 1.3, or proxy through lighttpd?
I''m working with a guy who has Apache 1.3 installed on his server, and
it''s not an option to simply use lighttpd for a Rails application I''m
helping him with. I''ve seen that Apache 2 apparently is crappy when
it comes to fastcgi, but 1.3 isn''t so bad. I can then either just run
my app straight in Apache, or I could proxy it through to lighttpd.

256MB of RAM enough for ruby on rails and mysql?
Hi, I was wondering if 256MB of RAM is enough to run a ruby on rails
server and mysql server. My application does not do any complex
queries, but it does deal with quite a lot of data (potentially tables
as large as 100MB). The number of concurrent users should be low,
never more than 10. Currently I''m serving RoR using Lighttpd via
fastcgi. The only thing I''ve changed from the
