using links makes troubles

Then we map his home to a drive letter and depending on the users groups he
has
several sub-dirs in his home, which are actually links (Windows doesn't
recognize
them as links - it just shows subdirs).
This worked perfectly using Samba 2.0.6.
But we have seriuous troubles using 2.2.3. Some files can't be opened at
all,
others are sometimes not accessable.
Does anyone know if Samba has problems if there are links in shared
directories?

Hi,
First up samba is great, I've been running samba for over three years
now and I've never had any seriuous probs. But now I have come up
against a problem that I can't solve.
I've recently created a backup server that I want to copy my samba
shares too on a daily basis. ( I already do a tape backup of the main
server every day with no probs, but hey I'm paranoid OK :)
