Cent5 SELinux impacts on home exports when restoring from older systems are?
I am working on moving some nfs shares from an older Linux system to CentOS5 server. some are used by the machine and its clients as $HOME (but not mounted at /home) and working directories. using selinux-policy-targeted. Hello, I was using CentOS 5.5 as a "playground" VM at my WinXP notebook and now I'm migrating to a new CentOS 5.6 install and everything has worked well - except samba. SELinux - way of the future or good idea but !!!
Hi, total newbie on CentOS. Just firing up an install of 5.5 on a development webserver. Installed Webmin, Awstats, PHPMyAdmin and Drupal successfully. Yet to work on Sendmail and Samba. SELinux in enforcing mode, reporting "SELinux preventing ifconfig (ifconfig_t) "read write" to /var/webminsessiondb.pag (var_t)". Googled the error message without real success in finding fix
