Convert skeleton to "regular" format
> > I thought I fixed the problem with oggCut and ogg skeleton. What version of the Ogg Video Tools are you actually using? If you fixed the problem, I would be happy for a patch :-). > Well, the fix was more of a hack :) I was using oggvideotools 0.7a and the fix is removing the output from lines 189-191 in oggCut.cpp. The toString() method seems to trigger the segfault. NFS Performance
Hi, With help from Oleg we got the right patches applied and NFS working well. Maximum performance was about 60 MB/sec. Last week that dropped to about 12.5 MB/sec and I cannot find a reason. Lustre clients all obtain 100+ MB/sec on GigE. Each OST is good for 270 MB/sec. When mounting the client on one of the OSSs I get 230 MB/sec. Seems the speed is there. How can NFS and Lustre be tuned

...that too:-) Any thoughts? I would have hoped the first (the no-op) would do, and feel that maybe it should at least elicit an error message. Cheers, -- Cameron Simpson <cs@zip.com.au> DoD#743 http://www.cskk.ezoshosting.com/cs/ Out on the road, feeling the breeze, passing the cars. - Bob Seger

Florz patch for zaphfc
Has anyone had any success using the Florz patch for zaphfc ? I have a * system with 2 HFC cards which is working fine with 2 PTP ISDN lines however the users are complaining of crackles on the line which I am assuming is related to the IRQ issues raised by Florz. I have tried to use the patch but it errors trying to patch zaphfc.h Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Stuart -- No virus

Routing/NAT question
Hi all, I have a strange setup I am trying to get working. Initally I thought I could set it up by just setting up the correct routes. However after thinking about it I have convinced myself (maybe incorrectly) that I most likely need some sort of advanced NAT/routing setup. Below is a description of the networks involved: Local net (192.168.101.0/24) | | Linux machine eth1

Current status on _outgoing_ Swedish/Dutch DTMF CLIP for TDM400 FXS interfaces?
Hi all, I have been looking at the code for both the zaptel driver (wctdm.c/wcfxs.c) and the asterisk channel driver (chan_zap.c) trying to figure out how much of this that has been implemented. So far I can see that the current stable 1.0.9.1 zaptel driver don't have the SETPOLARITY ioctl that would be required to properly signal the Swedish/Dutch CLIP, but the 1.2 beta1 has this

predictive logistic model cell-biology, non-dichotomous data
Hi everyone, I would like to fit a predictive model to my data in order to compare absorbance readings to a toxin standard. This data was obtained by exposing red blood cells to different toxin concentrations, which lead to the lysis of the red blood cells, increasing the absorbance (hemoglobin is freed). The data has a sigmoid shape (see below), so I thought about fitting a logistic model to the
