How to set selinux policy "allow httpd_t unconfined_t:shm { unix_read unix_write }; " using an seboolean? (How to get a new seboolean?)
...will allow the httpd access to read and write from shared memory?
Is that right? What are the risks involved in opening this? I notice it is
denied by the default policy.
To simplify configuration management, I would prefer to make this setting
using /usr/sbin/setseebool, but I don't see an sebool that deals with shm...
How do I request one? (And whom do I ask?)

selinux with samba
...;m having problems setting up a samba server with sellinux in centos 5.6
(x64).
My samba config works flawlessly when selinux is disabled but fails to
access shares when selinux is enabled. Wich command makes it possible to
run samba with selinux without disabling it, now I've done: "set sebool -P
smbd_disable_trans 1" but doesn't really solve my problem.

Problems with CentOS 7 and X w/ nvidia
Ok, here's a bit more on the issues: I see in Xorg.0.log that it appears
to have loaded the NVidia drivers I built from proprietary. But, and this
may, or may not be significant, the user's home directory is, of course,
NFS mounted.
And his old machine that dies was running CentOS 5.
Is it possible that some of the gnome settings are breaking things with
CentOS 7's default gnome? If
