[R] Why does R replace all row values with NAs
Stephanie,
Actually, it's as.logical that isn't preserving matrix dimensions, because
it coerces to a logical vector:
> x <- matrix(sample(c(NA_integer_, 1:100), 500, replace=TRUE), nrow=50)
> dim(as.logical(x))
NULL

importing S3 methods with importFrom
In my own package, I want to use the default S3 method of the generic
function lrtest() from the lmtest package. Since I need only one
function from lmtest, I tried to use importFrom in my NAMESPACE:
importFrom(lmtest, lrtest)
However, this fails R CMD check in the examples:
Error in UseMethod("lrtest") :
no applicable method for 'lrtest' applied to an object of class

"could not find function" after import
I am trying to build a package (GWASTools, submitted to Bioconductor)
that uses the "sandwich" package. I have references to "sandwich" in
DESCRIPTION:
Imports: methods, DBI, RSQLite, sandwich, survival, DNAcopy
and NAMESPACE:
import(sandwich)
In the code itself is a call to vcovHC:
Vhat <- vcovHC(mod, type="HC0")
I have sandwich version 2.2-7 installed.
