I've taken my RH7.1 system, rebuild kernel (2.4.9 with ext3 patches) and followed the ext3 instructions to install. Everything seems to work OK but - df -k doesn't list the ext3 partition (my root partition). Is this a known problem ? Hi, I just installed Redhat AS 2.1 on a a new machine with tons of RAID5 space. During the install, I created the partition/filesystem /largedisk with 550784264 blocks. After everything is installed and mounted, I get the following in a df: /dev/sda8 550784264 32828 522773144 1% /largedisk The avail + used != total, not even close.
