install.packages hangs RGui with frozen rpwd process at bottom of process tree (PR#13734)
Full_Name: Allan Stokes Version: 2.8.1 OS: XP Submission from: (NULL) (24.108.0.245) I've just spent a hellish six hours trying to create my own R package with a bare bones "hello world" R function inside. I was able to create a package.tar.gz file eventually with much perseverance. My remaining problem is that when I try to install my simple package under RGui, it hangs.

[LLVMdev] problem with TCLSH when reconfiguring LLVM (was Re: make TEST=ipodbgopt in sqlite3: problem with TCLSH)
...onfig.cache [... lots of stuff ...] $ grep -i tclsh Makefile.config TCLSH := /usr/bin/tclsh8.4 $ ~/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk/configure --cache-file=config.cache [... lots of stuff ...] $ grep -i tclsh Makefile.config TCLSH := So the second time I configure, something in config.cache is scuppering configure's attempt to find tclsh. This seems bad. Can anyone who know about autoconf explain this? My config.cache contains these lines: ac_cv_path_TCLSH=${ac_cv_path_TCLSH=/usr/bin/tclsh8.4} ac_cv_path_tclsh=${ac_cv_path_tclsh=/usr/bin/tclsh8.4} Thanks, Jay.

Samba Groups questions
Hi, When Samba is running as a PDC and a workstation is joined to the Domain, should the user logged into the workstation be able to see all the groups they are a member of using `ifmember /list`? Is the below output as expected? I'm I correct thinking that as all my groups originate in the Unix world, I don't need winbind to allow the Workstations to see them? For what
