Hi, I'm trying to boot 64bit version of syslinux.efi through network. But booting is freezes with following message: Getting cached packets My IP is X.X.X.X the last file that was requested through tftp is syslinux.efi. I'm thinking of using jails to improve security on a server I am setting up. Specifically, I would like to put Apache/PHP in a jail, but I might like to set up 2-3 different jails for different purposes. I've found several examples showing how to set the jails up. My questions involve system requirements. Assuming plenty of disk space, 1GB ram and a dual processor PIII 1.13Ghz

I woke up to a frozen box this morning - it froze up a few more times before I got a handle on it. Basically, the box runs idle but refuses to do disk IO, or does it -very- slowly. Top shows processes stuck in 'ffsvget', 'inode', and 'vlruwk' state. I can get the box responsive again by setting sysctl kern.maxvnods=100000. It starts up with kern.maxnodes=36079. I

...permissions. What would be the right way to remedy this? AFAICT, I could potentially run doveadm as root (which I would prefer to avoid), or I could change the permissions on the stats writer socket, but I would hate to introduce any sort of security vulnerability by doing so. I currently have a scrappy Perl script that just runs doveadm and filters out the error message (it doesn't seem to affect the behavior of doveadm other than the message), but that feels dirty and I would prefer a cleaner solution.
