1.7.1 console unresponsive following "paste into"
...g is, if I iconify R Console within RGui, then restore it, I can then use the keyboard. If I maximize R Console, then restore it, it works *sometimes*. And this is not particular to Word, as I just pasted the above lines from this Outlook window and the same problem occurred. means comparison with seasonal time series?
...) gives DW = 0.2727, p-value = < 2.2e-16 Note that the effects of this autocorrelation extend across wet-dry and dry-wet boundaries. What would be a way to ask my questions in R? I'm still learning R (and statistics) so detailed answers would be most appreciated. filling a matrix who's entries are a function of the indices?
...est way in R to fill a matrix who's entries depend on some function of the indices? I'm currently doing: Q <- matrix(0, k, k) for (A in 1:k) { for (B in 1:k) { Q[A,B] <- my.function(A,B) } } but I wonder if there is a more terse way. ...a random effect, either common to the entire model or grouped in various ways. However, I can't come up with a way to express this in lme. To be honest, I am also unsure as to whether this makes any statistical sense to attempt. I'd appreciate any advice, thank you. Regards, Douglas G.
