...should be possible. Worst of all, when you're done with the first graph, you haven't improved your ability to generate the next. I suggest that if you want to sit down in front of the computer and whip out a couple of graphs, and walk away forever ( or just for a very long time), that the scigraphica approach looks like the way to go. If you want to be able to painlessly generate many plots, and introduce changes to any or all of them easily, then you will get carpal tunnel syndrome from all the hours of pointing and clicking.
