...ively, what kinfd of non linear time series models are performed
in R?
If R is not able, could someone suggest me for some commercial softwares
to deal with bilinear models?
i'm afraid of a negative answer ...

correlation in lme4
...e:

but the result is the same as:
> risul<-lme(y~x+ z , data=mydata, random=~ x | g).
Can anybody help me?

names(dist(mat)) gives NULL in R 2.1.0
...(mat))

I have tried this on Windows (precompiled binary distribution) and on
Linux Mandrake 10.0 (R compiled from source code).
Is this a bug or not?

HOW to use str() after the survivalROC (or another library in R) to get optimal cut-off values

In particular I'm unable to see and print all values after str(ROC.1)
and NOT only the 5 values listed above in the example in order to to
get optimal cut-off values

Problems with "optimize"
...I should always
obtain the same estimate of the parameter (equal to the simulated one) but,
instead, i obtain different results (the likelihood function shouldn't be
flat). Does anybody has experience with the optimize procedure?

...I have a text file filled with 3 colums representing xyz coodinates
(i.e. positions) of an objects.
Can I have in R a 3d plot representig my object' s positions?
I guess that I can but I don't know how.

...In any case, it seems that in the drawing range for x is (-3,3).
I guessed I could have this kind of behaviour for ranges:
plot(1,1, pch=19, xlim=c(-2.5, 2.5), ylim=c(0,3), xaxs="i", yaxs="i")
What am I missing?

differences in using source() or console
...ing line inside myfun() is
update(eval(x$call$obj), data=d) #d is created in myfun()
My question is: why the problem occurs just via source()ing???
