Is there anyway to merge the users accounts (passwd/shadow) on our UNIX machine to create a default sampasswd file. We have close to 11,000 UNIX accounts and would like to use samba's domain login features. We are just not sure how to merge the current users into the samba's passwd list. ...stemp is not secure for large files. There is no mkstemp64. I did not check, whether with a 64-bit-kernel the mkstemp works properly, since I have no access to a machine running AIX5.1 in 64-bit kernel-mode. I ve allowed raw sockets and sysvipc for this jail but it did not help. Also making explicit imap mail plugins notify and replicator did not help.
