I want to connect to an InFocus projector that sits behind a Panduit VGA adapter. I use a Thinkpad P51 with a mini display-port to VGA converter. The laptop runs Manjaro and has the video-hybrid-intel-nouveau-prime installed and it works with other monitors. For some reason it does not detect the projector that is connected through the Panduit. The keyboard shortcut to switch monitor configuration

Does v4.13 fix your issues? v4.10 also included significant rework related to DP-MST, and I wouldn't be surprised if it fixed a few DP issues along the way. Hi all, I'm trying to learn R from an non-statistician's POV. I've got a statistician who uses R, but I'm the schmuck who has to integrate his R functions into an automated process. One of the things I would really like is the ability to log messages to file, specifically using syslog on a Linux box. If I understand correctly, in order to have the smb.conf file applied you need to restart smbd. Is "service smbd reload" sufficient (which does a "killproc smbd -HUP")? Will this kill any active connections to samba resources causing user disruption? Or is this a seamless process that can be carried out midday?
