Icecast occasionally not dropping aliased/relayed sources

way I've found to solve this problem.
kick_relays in icecast.conf is currently set to 10 - I've tried changing this but it
doesn't seem to fix the problem I've been having.
I'm running it on an old Dual Pentium 100 so I've had to define OPTIMIZE and
SAVE_CPU in icecast.h. Having done this means I can serve about 60
listeners before the CPU utilisation gets too high which is enough for our
needs.
