...I now have inlined (and much better) code.
Previously I'd been using llc -O3 to do the optimisation.
What's the different between opt -O3 and llc -O3, then?

Does this error message sound familiar ? It is probably a simple setup problem,
I looked through the HOWTO and FAQ but didn't relevant info.

encoding 44.1Khz
Hi , I have read that it is posible to encode higher sample
rates like 96 khz or 192khz? and the output is 48 khz,
the resample is internally.? http://wiki.xiph.org/OpusFAQ
But it is possible to encode? 44.1khz. It is resampled to
48khz or I have to make the resample by myself and
then encode it with opus.
thnx, arctor

[LLVMdev] Enabling inlining
My language is producing a lot of very short functions, typically two or
three instructions long. These should be ideal candidates for inlining,
but it isn't happening.
My compiler is producing one big bitcode file, and all the functions are
marked as 'internal'. I'm then doing the optimisation and translation
manually using llc -O3 into a .s file, and then linking this against

[PATCH] efi/main.c: include <efisetjmp.h>
...-efi commit 486ba3c3bdd147b7d98159b9e650be60bce0f027
("Do not include efisetjmp.h on efi.h"), in which they state:
Do not include efisetjmp.h on efi.h
People than really want to use efisetjmp implementation can include
the header on their own.

[OT] Apple Mail.app access to localhost imap when no network
Hello,
Sorry for the offtopic subject, but I tried asking this on some Apple
mailing lists and could not find an answer there, and as it's related
to imap (provided by dovecot), someone might know something about this.
The problem is the following: I have a local IMAP server provided by
dovecot, so that I can store my mail in maildir format, and read it
both using mutt and Apple

[PATCH 0/2] Two b-tree bug fixes.
Hi Mark/Joel,
These are 2 bug fix for b-tree. Please review.
I have sent out the first one last week, but it was based on cacheme.
So resend it. Now it bases on joel's fixes branch.
The second one is another b-tree rotation bug. I guess the reason why
we never meet with it is that no one has ever used b-tree like reflink
before. ;)

Tao

...y tree to a backup
PDC machine (rsync or whatever), you can make that one take
over as PDC by simply adding the interface alias and firing up
nmbd/smbd on the PDC configuration mirror.

servers blocked on ocfs2
Hi,
we have recently started to use ocfs2 on some RHEL 5.5 servers (ocfs2-1.4.7)
Some days ago, two servers sharing an ocfs2 filesystem, and with quite
virtual services, stalled, in what it seems on ocfs2 issue. This are the
lines in their messages files:

[RFC] The reflink(2) system call.
Hi everyone,
I described the reflink operation at the Linux Storage &
Filesystems Workshop last month. Originally implemented as an
ocfs2-specific ioctl, the consensus was that it should be a syscall from
the get-go. Here's some first-cut patches.
For people who have not seen reflink, either at LSF or on the
ocfs2 wiki, the first patch contains

[PATCH 00/39] ocfs2: Add reflink file support. V3
Hi all,
So I have finally finished the v3 of reflink for ocfs2. The biggest
change is that we support 64bit cluster offset now(Thank Mark and Joel
for it).
