odd problem with proxyarp and DNAT

/etc/shorewall/proxyarp
83.xx.xx.49 eth0 eth2 no yes
So, weather I telnet to my fw or to any IP routed to my fw, the
10.100.100.2 host answers on port 21.
Any ideas ?

(no subject)
...y idea how this could happen? How can packets get thru shorewall?
My actual setup is a bit more complicated than described here (involving
some proxy-arped hosts in a DMZ zone and such)
but I feel it still shouldn''t happen.
