network extremely slow
...till could be much better). I know this is some kind of question: 'my car dont work. why ?', but maybe someone could give me some hint to hunt this problem down. Samba problem
Hi, I have a problem connecting my Windows98 to the Samba server. The Linux computer comes up in the "Network Neighborhood" control panel, but when I double click on the icon, W98 asks for a password for the "\\machine name\IPC$" resource.
