FreeBSD: net/samba43's NSUPDATE
Hello.
Forgive me, but I'm quite new to AD and I've been searching the web for
a couple of days, but found nothing relevant...
What's exaclty the NSUPDATE option of this port?
Is it intended to work with BIND (like the other two in that group)?
What are its requirements?
Any reference to a tutorial or any other documentation on how to use it?
bye & Thanks

Don't use freebsd, but Samba 4, when run as an AD DC, uses nsupdate to
update a computers DNS records in AD.

I am wondering if you have actually fully provisioned. I have tried to

First off, thanks for answering.
Alas, I don't really understand what you mean...

ntp and samba43 on FreeBSD-103.
Recently we have been having a lot of trouble with time
synchronisation between our samba DC and the domain clients. We are
not sure what started this issue since the Samba domain went live on
October 11, 2016 and the issues only began to surface this past
January but at some point the time on the clients and the DC diverged
enough that we began to get strange network errors. Once we figured
