How do I get internal nodes of dendograms produced by R?
...the dendogram stored as a tree in a data structure. My goal is to
automatically label all internal nodes. For that, I need to know, which
leaf nodes make a first level cluster, and which first level clusters make
a second level cluster and so on. Is there a way in R to get this
information?

tool for cluster analysis
I have Windows XP Professional Version 2002 and the R-Version 2.1.1.
I did cluster analysis with the cluster package and the agnes (method =
?ward?).
The results are satisfactory.
But the dendrogram of agnes is confused to work with the results.
Is there a tool, I can get a clear arrangement of the results for the
cluster analysis.
For example a matrix with different numbers for each group.

this rotation specification. I could find out that this might be possible
somehow with the package GPArotation but until now I could not figure out
how to use this in the principal component analysis.
Maybe someone can give an example on how to do
