spatial/ patches and gaps/ SADIE
System:
Linux kernel 2.6.15 Ubuntu dapper
R version 2.4.1
ESS on Emacs 21.4.1

Colleagues
I have some spatial patterns of sardine eggs (presence /absence) over 50
years (270 surveys) and I'd like to quantify the patches and gaps to
determine how many patches (i.e. spawning areas) there were before the
fishery collapse (1951-1965) and during recovery (post 1985).

unequal bins in filled.contour
Hello,
I am trying to plot SADIE red-blue plots of cluster indicies using
filled.contour. I want a plot which only has three bins for the data:
<-1.5, -1.5 - 1.5, >1.5, but I am having trouble getting there.
example
X1 X2 X3 X4 X5
1 -5 -4.5 1.0 4.5 6
2 -3 -2.0 1.2 -1.0 3
3 0 0.0 0.0 -0.5 -1
4 -2 -3.0 1.0 1.5 3
5 -6 -2.0 0.5 3.0 2

No worries! We really should have the canonical info in a wiki
somewhere, but sady there is
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Joining_a_Windows_Server_2012_/_2012_R2_DC_to_a_Samba_AD
but of course it mentions none of the above. Anther task for another
day I suppose.

metric_fu for use in cc.rb
Hi all,
I looked on the mailing list for metric_fu, but didn''t find it -- so at the
risk of being redundant, it looks really useful.
"Metric_fu is a set of rake tasks that make it easy to generate metrics
reports. It uses Saikuro <http://saikuro.rubyforge.org/>,
Flog<http://ruby.sadi.st/Flog.html>,

It is possible to run Linux Firefox from app in Wine?
I am running "The Dude" under wine. It is monitoring software, which can run any custom command for any monitored device, by simple right click. It work perfectly fine on windows. You can run RDP or SSH clients, and automaticly pass them user name, IP address, or even password by configuring internal Dude variable in custom command settings.
Which I want to do, is create bat script,

ASIO audio drivers for WINE?
As a professional audio mastering engineer I am anxious to run professional PC audio software under WINE in Ubuntu Mint. Particularly SADiE 6, Adobe Audition 3, Reaper and similar. They all use ASIO driver interfaces with sound cards. The sound card I'm using is LYNX 16e

I don't think that it would be difficult to support in-order superscalar

Comparing spatial distributions - permutation test implementation
Hello everyone,
I am looking at the joint spatial distribution of 2 kinds of organisms
(estimated on a grid of points) and want to test for significant
association or dissociation.
My first question is: do you know a nice technique to do that,
considering that I have a limited number of points (36) but that they
are repeated (4 times)? I did GLMs to test for correlations between

It depends on what you mean by 2012. We should be able to join and be
joined by a 2012 server thanks to the work to upgrade the schema

On the server side, I didn't get far because the domain name come up NULL so
it failed on that test.
Below are two logs log98.txt and log2000.txt that show full debug info.
I might just have a stupid configuration or installation mistakes. I am sure
that my basic configuration must work since it is a very typical setup.
Any help will be highly appreciated
