Asterisk Sacrifice?
Hi is there any ritual sacrifice a newbie has to perform to be welcome on this list? I am new to this whole PBX thing in general and Asterisk in particular. I had hoped that the community on this list would welcome a newbie like myself and help me with some answers to my stupid questions, but somehow it seems to me that nobody likes to respond to somebody who appears to be a complete

Eid Mubarak
Dear All, For those who celebrate Eid. I would like to wish you a very Happy Eid Mubarak. For those who do not know what it is, Its a Prayer in memory of Ishmael son of Abraham, when he attempted to sacrifice his beloved son on request by god. Muslim's celebrate it with a sacrifice of a goat every year. I belive Christians & Jew's belive in the same. Peace and Harmony to all.

RFC: Switching from Bugzilla to Github Issues [UPDATED]
..., etc.). But there are also costs, as you have pointed out, like having to use a less than ideal bug tracker. It's really up to sub-projects to make the decision about whether these benefits are worth the costs. The flang developers have just gone through this process and have had to make some sacrifices to get the code in, but ultimately felt the sacrifices were worth it. I think it hurts the ability of developers and users to collaborate effectively, if the infrastructure for the project is spread across too many different places. And good collaboration is key for a project of this size with som...

Cannot contact any KDC for realm
Hello Samba Community, I would like to seek advice as my Samba AD tends to consume high memory usage caused by KDC service. This issue will always come back within a couple of days after I restart samba-ad-dc service. It does not help by increasing memory. >From message log: kernel: Out of memory: Kill process 14527 (samba) score 873 or sacrifice child Identified pid 14527 belongs to

CentOS 6 gcc is a bit old
gcc (GCC) 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-11) is a bit old. There have been major changes since then. I'd like a newer version. If I have to, I expect that I can install from source. I'd rather not. Is there a CentOS 6-compatible repository from which I can get a newer version? Does a standard CentOS 7 repository have a newer version? Does a CentOS 7-compatible repository have a newer

bug in glibc 2.1.2 and older
This is cropping up more than I expected. Apparently, many distributions are still shipping their latest versions with the broken glibcs... Recently I decided that a specific glibc bug (that causes mangled audio or crashes) that I found nearly a year ago (and has been fixed for as long) had probably become scarce enough to risk removing the '-D__NO_MATH_INLINES' define from the build.

Internal DNS migrate to Bind9_DLZ
Hello, sorry, but I cannot find start of this discussion thread, so my question may be stupid. Is your domain classicupgraded from Samba 3 or provisioned from scratch? I have similar problem with our domain which is upgraded. If I provision the new domain everything works, but in old domain there is something broken inside. For Rowland: Does exist utility with similar function as "net rpc

computationally singular
Hi, I have a dataset which has around 138 variables and 30,000 cases. I am trying to calculate a mahalanobis distance matrix for them and my procedure is like this: Suppose my data is stored in mymatrix > S<-cov(mymatrix) # this is fine > D<-sapply(1:nrow(mymatrix), function(i) mahalanobis(mymatrix, mymatrix[i,], S)) Error in solve.default(cov, ...) : system is computationally
