OpenSSH 4.3P1: incorrect wtmpx entries
...led OpenSSH 4.3p1 on our Solaris 8 machines and 'last' now
shows wtmpx entries for ssh logins like
zierke pts/4 Thu Jan 1 01:00 still logged in

instead of e.g.
zierke pts/3 rzdspc10.informa Sat Feb 4 10:54 - 10:54 (00:00)
