OpenBSM questions
Hello I have some issues with OpenBSM which i cannot resolve, so i decided to ask there. 1) I found some bugs in the auditreduce utility and created patch for it - http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=114534. Please, someone from freebsd team - take it, i think its better to fix this before next release. 2) I found that when i`m using XDM as login manager with OpenBSM, all my audit

kernel deadlock
We have a reproducible problem with FreeBSD-4.7 which is apparently a deadlock. The system is undergoing a filesystem stress test. The machine is pingable, but console and most other features are unresponsive. The console debugger can be accessed. The following information is available with db's "ps". I suspect the wchan of "inode" to be what everything is waiting on.

Check PRIV_VFS_MOUNT when jailed.
Hi. I'd like to commit this patch: http://people.freebsd.org/~pjd/patches/vfs_mount.c.9.patch It currently should change nothing, but will be needed once we allow to grant privileges for jails. I'd like to commit it now, so I can experiment easier with my ZFS improvements. -- Pawel Jakub Dawidek http://www.wheel.pl pjd@FreeBSD.org

Looking for tor users experiencing crashes
I've had an informal, third or fourth hand report of kernel instability when running Tor under load on unidentified versions of FreeBSD. Obviously, this is a bit vague as bug reports go, but I'm interested in seeing if anyone has had real experience with this happening, and might be interested in helping to track it down. If there are kernel crashes, I'm specifically looking for

MAC problems
FreeBSD version: 5.1-RELEASE Hi, I'm quite new to FreeBSD. I've check list archives and read a handbook, but I didn't find solution to my problem and I hope this is not off-topic. I've installed 5.1-RELEASE, enabled ACLs on the filesystems and I wanted to test MAC features. I'm also new to MAC, so perhaps this is some my mistake. When I enable mac_biba or mac_lomac (in
