HTML help problems with windows R-0.65.0
at the first invocation of rgui for R-0.65.0 under win95 the following
occurred:

> options(htmlhelp=T)
> help.start()
If nothing happens, you have to open ` F:\RW0650\doc\html\index.html '
yourself
/* browser open with index as aprropriate */

AR models
Hello everyone,
I have just installed R and was wondering if anyone knows of any AR routines
available for it. I have had a look on the web site and it says that a
package called 'ts' (time series) is available but I can't seem to find it
anywhere.
any help appreciated

R-0.65.1 for WinNT/9X
...e default if --ess is used (as it
works better with Emacs).
The rounding code has been re-written to be more accurate and to round
to even as documented.
The rw-FAQ is linked into the HTML help system.
We believe the problems with re-sizing windows (especially on Windows 9x)
have been solved.
