Curosity on HTB
Hello members.
I wanted know if htb shapes download speed and upload speed too? i want to
give a client 128/64. so is it possible to give 128 download download speed
and 64 upload speed.I mean 2 way traffic control.

Starting bandwidth Mgmt
...idth application wise.I wanted to know what other tools are required
for bandwidth management besides HTB.I have learned that htb comes by
default in redhat9 linux.. I want to know which tools can I get in redhat
linux already.Please tell me coz I am zero on bandwidth management.

Setting up Rails Application on Apache
Hello,
I am trying to setup a rails application on a webserver running Apache
1.3.34. But I have tried everything but its just not working.
I followed all the directions given here:

But whatever I do, the Rails welcome page doesn''t show up. I am still
only getting an index listing when I try to access the page.

I would drop the last sentence. Having smart colleagues is great, but
it's a weak argument when trying to convince someone to hire you.
