...a recommendation for a good SIP phone with a busy lamp field? I need my operator to be able to see extension status for about 20 extensions and transfer via HOLD + extension button. I've got a pair of SNOM 360s with the sidecar, but I'm very disappointed with them. What I would like to have is a simple way to write the label over the line such that the label only wipes out what is needed to avoid seeing the curve behind. Hard to read screen, low quality screen, screen at bad angle, very light and small so pressing keys usually moves whole phone, buttons are rubbery and feel as if they would stick but don't, speaker phone could be better. Comments: Like the SPA-941, once you start using the phone the buttons and menus are very intuitive.
