"Failed to create rounding.h!" during make
...--------------
That long "if" line that appears to be generating the rounding.h file
seems to be failing but parsing exactly what it's supposed to be doing is
beyond me. Is there a way I can recreate that step from the shell to see
what it should be doing?
I welcome any guidance...

log in but get the wrong (rid-based) UID and GID.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong with the below file? Or at least provide a
working example? Is there a complete howto anywhere for SMB3.5 and AD2008R2?
Hope to hear from you,

Is this the right forum for these questions?

compiling samba 3.4.8 on CentOS_6.2
Hello All.
Been trying without avail to make idmap work with my AD so I can get "real"
UID/GID for SSH logins on a CentOS_6 box. Have heard from several sources
that idmap has seen some serious changes since 3.5 and decided to roll back
from the "stock" 3.5 that comes with CentOS_6 to 3.4.8. I'd like to see if
it has the same problems.
